3 Brush Automatic Bus & Truck Washing Machine (Bay)
The operation of the new generation of SARV –PREMIER ‘S’ vehicle Washing Machine (high pressure washing machine for truck and bus) is monitored by a CONTROL PANEL, consisting of contactors, relays and timers or PLC Controlled panel.
• The traffic light shows green. The Vehicle drives into the wash bay between the guide rails, stopping immediately in front of Machine. The engine must be stopped and the hand brake firmly applied.
• The driver/operator pushes the start button. The side brushes are released, start rotating and move to their inner operating positions. The Machine moves towards the vehicle. After a short delay (2-3 seconds).
• The side brushes the water pump and detergent pump are switched on. The brush spray system starts operating.
• Contact the vehicle deviate outwards freely to accommodate the vehicle width. Their outward movement is hydraulically damped to prevent brush bounce.
• After two seconds delay the oscillation motor and blaster pump starts. The Oscillating Blasters spray water to cover the front, roof & rear of bus.
• At the end of first traverse, the Machine stops, the water and detergent pump injection system is switched off.
• After a short delay to allow the detergent to be cleared from the spray system the Machine commences its return traverse.
A full brush washing operation is again completed, with the side brushes in contact with the vehicle and the vehicle thoroughly rinsed the water. On the return of the Machine to its starting position, the spray system is switched off.
• The brushes stop rotating allowing a clear passageway for the vehicle to be driven through the Machine and out of the wash bay. The complete washing operation is fully automatic.
• The Washing Machine for busses and truck travels only the length as designated. The approximate time of the complete wash cycle is 1-2 minutes for a large commercial vehicle or coach.
