• Speedometer Tester :

• Sarv’s speedometer is designed to test the accuracy of the vehicle speed indicator. Contents two pairs of dynamically balanced rollers. The vehicle’s wheels drive these rollers, while an electronic speed sensor measures the vehicle speed, which is continuously displayed on the screen.
• The speedometer is equipped with a pneumatic lift system for Easy Exit® out of the rollers, and four side protection rollers to prevent rim and tire damage. Long lifetime is ensured by a hot galvanized roller field. It could be combined with bogy rollers for tandem axle.

• Side Slip Tester :

•Sarv’sside slip testerallow the measurement of the skidding of the front and rear wheels of a vehicle, and the control of possible trajectory deviations.
• Recessed at ground level associated with a control chain, it brings out the alignment or the dynamic divergence of the vehicle.

• Suspension Tester :

•Sarv’s suspension tester is used to check the conformity or measure the axle damping from vehicle vibrations.

It is used to measure the efficiency of the suspensions of all HCVs .

Its wide plate with maximum center distance is a guarantee of productivity, as is the optimal measurement guaranteed by three strain gauges per plate. It has a stop that facilitates positioning. PhaseShift and EUSAMA measurement technologies used are accurate and universal.

• Roller Break Tester:

As an integrated equipment , SARV’s roller brake tester is robust and effient. Compact, it can be integrated into most of existing equipment. It can operated in PTI stations, in car repair shops and at HGV manufacturers.

It controls and measures the braking of road vehicles weighing more than 3,5 tons and  tests trucks & buses brake systems . Is :

• Play Detector :

•SARV’s hydraulic play detector for HCVs , Trucks and Buses allow to carry out the visual control of the direction, the pivots, the bearings, the articulations and various attachments, and to highlight oil leaks and weaknesses of bellows and cardan shafts.

Trucks, buses and LCVs with a weight of more than 4 t / axle weight less than 20 t can be tested. The plates are installed on both sides of a pit (including the civil engineering frame). The visual inspection is carried out by means of movements that reproduce the forces exerted on the road.

• Sarv’s mechanical headlamp leveler is simple and robust, it allows you to quickly control the adjustment of vehicle lighting.

The alignment laser guarantees a good positioning, while the Fresnel lens focuses the beam around a test pattern. Its pivoting and graduated column adapts to all sizes of vehicles.
