Two Speed Chuck : Portable Electric control unit which can be moved back and forth to adjust clockwise or anticlockwise rotation of the chuck.
Features a built in hydraulic ramp to move the wheel to and from the chuck.
Left Right Lifting arm movement and Up- Down universal chuck Movement are all driven by the hydraulic pressure.
Bead breaking rollers ensure quick easy breaking of the tyre beads by disks with no wheel damage . Bead breaking arm can be placed in three different positions.
Rim clamping is performed by 4 hydraulically jaws of the rotating chuck with 4 self centering clamp arms.
The clamping arms are made of high quality hardened steel for safely clamping and lifting the wheel.
Ergonomic control unit of pedal and a joystick controls movement and positioning of the machine.
This truck tyre changing machine comes with emergency safety button to immediately stops all operations.
