Fully Automatic 6-Step Cleaning Process
1. Differential Pressure Test & Condition Check

2. Load & Seal DPF
- Secure clamping using universal adapters
- Fully enclosed cleaning chamber prevents leaks
3. Pre-Wash Cycle
- Loosens hardened soot, oil, and fuel residues
- Prepares DPF for deep internal cleaning
4. Hydropneumatic Deep Cleaning
- Pressurized water + pulsed air dislodges embedded contaminants
- Removes soot, ash, and oil residues from filter cells
5. Bi-Directional Internal Flushing
- Forward & reverse flushing ensures complete channel cleaning
- Delivers uniform airflow restoration
6. Hot Air Drying Cycle
- Drying temperature: 100–150°C
- Removes all moisture
- Protects ceramic DPF core from damage
