IMPORTANT: These Policies are applicable to the products ONLY in the online store. For the remaining items, the terms and conditions will be provided in the written quotation

Order Cancellation

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel the product once the product is shipped due to reasons which have to stated to the customer care team, then our 'Return Policy' applies. If you are a registered user, or a guest user, we request you to contact our Customer Service Team:info@garageequipments.com or call us directly at our toll free number 1800-11-3750 and place a cancellation request for the specific order(s).

Payment Mode for Refund

Refunds will be made in the same form (Online or through Cheque for the existing customers) that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond certain limitations the order shipments exceeds the given limit by a huge margin then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.

We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

Any goods believed to be faulty by the customer, not fit for purpose or are not of satisfactory quality may be returned by the customer at the customers cost. This cost will be refunded/credited once goods have been assessed by Sarveshwari Technologies Limited and proven to be faulty, not fit for purpose or of an unsatisfactory quality. A replacement product will then be offered free of charge.

The customer has to inform about the product which they want to be returned back within 1-2 workings days of the receipt.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition along with the invoice. The original tags, packaging should be intact (so that if possible they are re sellable after minor fixes).

We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you and will return back the goods at the customers cost.

We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).

  • The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by merchant.
  • The order returned must accompany all the accessories which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
  • Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.

Exclusion

A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met.

Sarveshwari Technologies Limited has to be informed about the customer’s concern on the receipt of the material. If we are informed later than 1-2 days, we may not entertain such queries.

The product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per Sarveshwari Technologies Limited claims from the customer.

The product is returned beyond the required return date as confirmed by the customer. Returns received without prior notice will not be accepted.

Sarveshwari Technologies Limited will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to the company unless a collection was arranged by Sarveshwari Technologies Limited.

If the product is assessed by the Sarveshwari Technologies Limited and not found to be faulty, then it will be returned back after informing the customer and no refund/exchange will be applicable.
